Explorer Scouts are usually between 14 and 18 years old. They are organised in Units around the District and many take part in increasingly adventurous activities.

The 7th has combined with other Groups in Ashford to create a new Explorer Unit.

Explorer Scouts have the same Law and Promise as Scouts and other adults in Scouting.
